1. Applicability: These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between FemVerve and the customer regarding the purchase and delivery of products.
2. Orders: By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions. FemVerve reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is incorrect pricing information or other errors.
3. Prices: All prices on our website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be stated separately during checkout.
4. Payment: Payment must be made via the available payment methods on our website. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the payment details.
5. Shipping: FemVerve strives to ship orders within the stated delivery time. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been shipped.
6. Returns: The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Returns are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty: FemVerve offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects for menstrual underwear and cups. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
8. Liability: FemVerve is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Privacy: FemVerve treats customer personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
10. Disputes: Dutch law applies to all agreements between FemVerve and the customer. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where FemVerve is located.
By placing an order with FemVerve, the customer declares to accept these general terms and conditions. FemVerve reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
